The hotel is in a great spot for exploring istanbul, super close to all the main attractions. The staff were really helpful and friendly, even suggestin some cool local places to eat. Breakfast was nice with lots of options, and the coffee was so good. Our family room was comfy and had everything we needed.
the room could use some updates as the furniture seemed a bit worn out, and at times, we could hear noise from the street at night.

Excellent personalized service from the staff.
The bathroom was poorly maintained, with rusted fixtures. The noise from the busy street was unbearable at night. Not once did I receive adequate room cleaning during my five-night stay.

Perfect Istanbul getaway 🕌✨
Staying here was awesome! The staff were like chommies, always ready to help with tips on where to eat and visit. Plus, the brekkie was a lekker spread every morning! Super clean room with comfy beds too.
Only downside was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it wasn't a deal-breaker, you know?

We were very nervous about choosing a hotel in the Sultanamet. So pleased we chose this one. The room was smart and clean - refurbished 15 months ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I think I need to emphasize that point more - they were very in tune with what people want to see and do and give good recommendations. It is walking distance of most things you will want to see. The breakfast is basic but fine. Definitely wish to go back and spend more time located here.
These are actually not complaints. You are in a old area of a large city. You hear the call to prayer in the morning. You hear a car pass or people making noise late at night if you have a street room. It will be no different in any other hotel in this area. If that is really going to ruin your trip then bring some earplugs. But it did not bother us in the least just noting that it can happen.

A charming stay in Sultanahmet
We reveled in the fine location, just a short stroll to the historical wonder of the Blue Mosque. Breakfast was a good spread that started our explorations on a high note. Each morning, we enjoyed the robust coffee while meeting fellow travelers in the cozy dining area. Omar's warm hospitality and local tips added personal touches.
The room showed signs of wear, such as outdated furniture and a less than ideal shower installation. Despite the comfortable nights, we could feel the vibrations from nearby bars late into the night. It might not be suitable for families with young children seeking absolute quiet.
